Neko-Manma (Cat Food)
First off, this is not actually cat food (well I guess you could feed it to your cat), it's just called that because the nature of the dish is to use whatever leftovers you have lying around. I saw this dish on a japanese cooking drama and decided to give it a try and thought it was really good. This is something you eat when you're hungry and want something tasty in about 30 seconds.
ingredients:
1. 1 small bowl of hot rice
2. Heaping handful of bonito flakes
3. 2-3 tsp soy sauce
recipe:
1. Spoon hot rice into a small bowl. Place a heaping handful of bonito flakes on top.
2. Pour a few drops of soy sauce all throughout the rice.
3. No need to mix. Eat with chopsticks.
